Enter, the Helander Way Learning Hub.
A series of self-help learning modules designed and presented in a structured helpful and informative PowerPoint format. Employees can learn at their own pace and is a useful storage library to refer back to if your memory is not what it used to be!
These individual learning modules form part of our induction training through to procedural and skill set training. The Learning Hub library is constantly being updated and added to.
Learning effectiveness is of each module is verified and validated with a series of questions at the end of each module. This is then signed by both the employee and validator as a record of learning which is added to the employee skills matrix.
Standardisation and consistency of the training message delivered is achieved and the learning hub provides a library of very useful information.
