Started out in public practice followed by 30 years as a financial controller/ director for various manufacturing companies in the West Midlands, continuously improving both financial and operational KPI's whilst maintaining the expected financial controls.

QHSE Manager
Highly successful, with over 25 years of international, multi cultural experience within a modern production environment. Accountable for the full implementation and integration of quality, health & safety and environmental managements systems to international standards. I am a qualified Lead Auditor in the three disciplines, and a Chartered member of the Chartered Quality Institute and the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. Outside of work I enjoy the family life and pursing my love of motorbikes and football.

HR Manager
CIPD qualified HR Manager who has built the building blocks for a structured and successful HR department within Helander since the start of this millennium. Dual career spanning IT and HR specialisms and very much involved with understanding and implementing people policies. Analytical by nature, I like to know the 'how' not just the 'why'. Personal hobbies include tennis, golf, astrology and moonology.

A strong Solution Sales and Engineering Professional skilled in Design, Precision and Specialised Machining, Composites, Advanced Thermoplastics.
Personal Hobbies include Fishing, Pyrography and keeping the wife's 35 year old Defender on the road.
