We support all major OEM’s, Tier 1, Tier 2 and aftermarket providers from the early design for manufacture (DFM) stages, prototype manufacturing, series production and a continuation with the ongoing supply of legacy componentry.

Typical components are used to drill oil well feed holes into the ground being able to cut through a variation of formations, soft to hard. We have experience in machining down hole steering systems which include the main drill shafts, electronic control chassis’, flow kit components such as impellors and stators, the rock drill head’s, main shaft clamp plates and steerable wear pads, pistons, jam nuts, casings etc.

Within this industrial sector a lot of the materials lean towards hard wearability and exotic, with complex geometrics to achieve. Our 26 CNC machine tools being of a high level of quality can easily tackle these demanding materials.

Component materials in various forms, consumables and assembly items are sourced in line with customer requirements from approved supply chain companies. We machine using our precision CNC machine tools to the agreed design print specifications, providing FAI reports, through to full PPAP requirements as requested. Within the full turnkey package, we source and manage all external processes such as hard face, hard insert assembly, HVOF, Hardide, Teer coating, Balancing, and of course provide assembly to complete the desired supply.

To finish, we provide transport to the customer facility or support an ex-works storage solution if that is more suitable.
