A wealth of experience in providing a full turnkey practice historically to various industrial sectors, with more recent transactions into Formula 1, and space programs.
We support all major OEM’s, Tier 1, Tier 2 and aftermarket providers from the early design for manufacture (DFM) stages, prototype manufacturing, series production and a continuation with the ongoing supply of legacy componentry.
Typical components range from wear bushes, shims, propellors, through to Super Yacht fittings.
Materials are normally in line with weight, wear, and friction characteristics and so we specialise in various grades of aluminium, bronze, and brass.
Component materials, consumables and assembly items are sourced in line with customer requirements from approved supply chain companies. We machine using our precision CNC machine tools to the agreed design print specifications, providing FAI reports when required, through to full PPAP requirements as requested.
To finish, we provide transport to the customer facility or support an ex-works storage solution if that is more suitable.
